{"id":33164,"date":"2024-12-08T18:12:55","date_gmt":"2024-12-08T17:12:55","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.lydiacevidalli.it\/?p=33164"},"modified":"2024-12-09T11:59:13","modified_gmt":"2024-12-09T10:59:13","slug":"diego-cantalupi","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.lydiacevidalli.it\/en\/diego-cantalupi\/","title":{"rendered":"Diego Cantalupi"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Diego Cantalupi <\/strong>graduated in guitar with Mauro Storti; later, he devoted himself to the study of Renaissance and Baroque performance practice by following lute courses with Paul Beier; he graduated in lute with Andrea Damiani.<\/p>\n<p>He graduated in Musicology at the School of Paleography and Musical Philology of Cremona (University of Pavia) with a thesis on the theorbo as an instrument for the creation of basso continuo in Italy, on ancient notations and on musical philology.<\/p>\n<p>He collaborates with numerous ensembles, including Arte dell\u2019Arco, Venxiana, La Barocca, Pomodoro, Ensemble Salomone Rossi.<\/p>\n<p>He founded the ensemble L&#8217;aura Soave and BariAntiqua<\/p>\n<p>Since 2010 he has held the chair of lute at the N.
